I guess people doesnt know how to read, look at the SS by the so called mother f**ker. i did stat immatuer ppl, but did i stat anyone names? did i call anyone names? people are just begin sensitive here. and i told xenia that i hate ppl to accused me, she knew it before. so i guess that is why she gets a bashing from me by accusing me saying i called immature. so where is the SS that show i CALLED HER IMMATURE? thats all i need to say, it doesnt matter i get or not get my power back as i am out of here. this will be my final post. if ppls duno how to read, well i cant help much in that case.

to tony, i hve explain myself. belive it or not. the choice is yours. take some time to observe the SS and see whoever is in fault. ppl accused me of calling them names, but they cant produce the SS of that, so who is begin hurt here?

What I see that happened here is 2 ppl had a missunderstanding. In the freedom's post here I really cant say who is who... you both acted like kids there and I think it cant be avoided since at missunderstandings like that no matter how old are you you will act like kid. But I dont think he should lost his posision because of this. And I less expect him to apologise for 2 reasons.
1. He has an ego and it doesnt let him
2. He allready lost his GM possision and this sure makes him angry.

You have to understand guys that ppl are not bad or good, they just react some good or bad ways to what happens, at the situation he was there (remember he was talking to his admin and he had just got fired...) I dont think anyone would expect a better reaction.
About the admin here, I think you actually overused you power here. Fire someone because of a missunderstanding with you isnt so mature either. (actually by telling my opinion here I may get fired too...I hope not).

But one more thing, now that he is fired he wont help here anymore. You gave him a reason to be angry with you and the server. So what happened is past. Just remember not to do it again. You know like admin you have a great responsibility, maybe greater than you whant, you have to let your emotions out of your job and be an admin, not a human.You have to look for the best of the server and not your own. So dont judje ppl when they are angry, watch them at all moments.



PS. I dont blame anyone, all that are expected from such a sutuation, just remember that so you can avoid it happen again.
